The Implementation of the European Youth Work Agenda (EYWA) happens at all levels – local, regional, national and European. The national level has a key role to play in making the EYWA strong and successful for the benefit of young people.

The final Declaration of the 3rd European Youth Work Convention invites Member States to establish national processes and implement the EYWA according to the countries’ respective needs, e.g. by setting priorities and strategies, planning measures, and implementing activities at all levels and in all areas of youth work.
